I painted the walnut stained wood black and reupholstered the chair in a bright, colourful, modern fabric.

The client LOVED it!
On a tight budget?
There is no need to feel you can`t decorate a room if you`re on a tight budget.  This room was decorated using www.kijiji.com and by taking the time to search the site, you can find some amazing deals.

The fireplace was purchased for $200.  The seller had bought it for $800 and it sat in their basement never being used.  The room needed a focal point and this beautiful faux fireplace did the trick.

The couch was purchased for $75.00.  The seller said it was originally purchased from an upscale store in Calgary and Tammy`s Interiors recovered it with new fabric to update the look.  You can see from the couches before and after photos that it doesn`t take much to transform the look.

The two side chairs had been sitting in a showhome and were basically brand new.  The seller had originally purchased them for $900.00 and I was able to buy them for $300.00

The brass coffee table and side table (between the 2 chairs) was originally from Ethan Allen and the seller had purchased them for $2200.00 and I purchased them for $200.00.  They were in mint condition and even though brass isn`t very popular, these tables are beautiful and timeless in their style.

The end tables were antiques and purchased for $50.00 each.  The antique desk was already in the home.

The accessories were found at HomeSense and the draperies were sewn by Tammy`s Interiors.

If you want to decorate a room in your home and are on a budget, we can help you transform that room in your home into something beautiful!  We can start from scratch or take what you already have and enhance it even more.
